For over two decades, Jez has been behind Rosco Recordings, a place for artists dedicated to capturing their best work. Since founding the first studio space in 2000, Jez has built more than just a collection of world-class gear; they have built a uniquely chilled and creative environment where performers feel able to take risks and deliver their great performances.

While he spends hours mixing, Jez believes the magic happens in the live room. Their primary passion lies not in fixing a performance, but in capturing it. By fostering a collaborative and supportive atmosphere, they specialise in drawing out the emotion and energy that makes a recording truly timeless.

The result is a state-of-the-art yet comfortable recording space where technical excellence meets human connection. From the carefully selected vintage outboard to the modern digital workflow, every piece of gear serves one purpose: to translate an artist’s vision into a pristine, powerful, and unforgettable sound.
